Capital Region

The capital of Greenland, Nuuk, feels surprisingly cosmopolitan. It is by far the biggest town in Greenland and is backed by a grand fjord system, which provides a sheer endless hinterland to explore. Nuuk itself is great for window-shopping at boutiques and souvenir shops, relaxing in cafés or becoming acquainted with the Greenlandic culture at the National Museum of Greenland and the recommended Nuuk Art Museum.
